A 1ST AID TEAM WILL BE AT THE WELCOMING CENTER. IN CASE OF INJURY PLEASE CONTACT THE NEAREST VOLUNTEER.

• At approximately half way of the 5 km, there will be a water station for the runners. 

• The starting point and arrival will be at the same place.

• A screen with arrival times will be installed inside the pavilion.

• Snacks and refreshments will offered after your arrival.

• The welcoming site will have water fountains and washrooms available.

• A coat check managed by volunteers will be available.

• Certain portions of the route are very narrow and/or have stairs.
