Is this race open to all?
Yes! This race is open to the public.
What is the minimal age to participate?
The minimal age is 8 years old.
Where will be the race?
The race will be on the campus of the University of Montreal and the Mont-Royal park. The welcoming center for our runners will be at 1420, Boulevard Mont-Royal. Please see the Route section of the website for more details.
When will the race be?
The race will be on Sunday, September 6th 2020!
What is the distance that I will have to run?
It is a 5 kilometer run for our third edition!
Is there a coat check?
Yes! There will a coat check on site managed by our volunteers. However, the race is not responsible for any loss or other accidents that can happen to your personal belongings.
Can I change my clothing there?
There is washrooms and drinking fountains at the welcoming site but please be ready to wait in line.
Is there going to be a water station?
Yes! We will be giving out water approximately at the midpoint of the 5 km.
Is the path complicated and demanding?
No! The race will be on trails and roads. There will be a few slightly ascending slopes, but nothing that is unconquerable! No prior training is required to participate in this race.
In the case of bad weather, will the race be canceled?
Good or bad weather, the race will take place! A little bit of rain will not force us to push back our fight against cancer. In case the weather is too intense, we reserve the right to postpone the event.
Will we be timed?
Yes! There will be timing and a ranking available at the end of the race. We will determine the winners according to their time. There will also be prizes for participation!
Will I be able to walk during the race?
Yes! Walkers and runners are welcome.
If I am alone, can I sign up for the race?
Yes! Do not worry, our many volunteers will be there to encourage all the way to the finishing line.

Can I sign up on the same day as the race?
It is possible to sign up on the same day. However, the price to participate will be more expensive. The funds will evidently go to our wonderful cause!
Can I get a refund if I cannot participate?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will accept refunds for runners who are not available for the new date (September 6th).
Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for new sign ups, because the funds will be donated to the cause or will be used to finance the event. However, it will be possible for you to withdraw yourself in case of something unexpected and transfer your registration to someone else. Some charges will apply. We ask you to warn us as soon as possible in the event of a withdrawal.
